The Cocoa Bar was a local gathering spot in my Brooklyn neighborhood. In 2005 they invited me to show in an exhibition of “Winter Scenes” at the café. It was nice to display some of my work in my own neighborhood. The three paintings included “March in New York (Blustery Day),” “Prospect Park in Snow” and “February.”
